WINE TASTING WORKSHOP

This relaxed evening workshop is structured to give you an appreciation of an assortment of different types and styles of wine in a casual atmosphere.

Suitable for the amateur wine drinker or the professional bartender. We will sample two (of each) selected Red and White wines.

The main goal of our workshop is to remove the mystery, and intimidation factor around wine. You will leave this workshop with the skills to swish, swirl, and discuss beer and wine like a pro.

For those interested in bartending as a profession, you will need to know some basics around wine. Managers know that wine knowledge is sales power. Being able to comfortably and confidently discuss wine with customers and suggest wines to compliment food is no longer optional in most jobs, it is required.
